Is Inkrgo free?
No, but we have a 2-day free trial to test the platform. You can explore certain features before committing to a subscription.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds once a subscription is active since resources are provisioned immediately. Please use the trial period to fully test the platform before subscribing.
Do you support KDP formatting?
Absolutely. Our templates are specifically designed to meet Amazon KDP's strict submission guidelines. We handle margins, bleed, and gutter sizing automatically based on your page count.
Can I import from Word?
Currently, we recommend copying and pasting your text into our editor for the best formatting results. We are working on a direct .docx import feature which will be available soon!
What about Cover Design?
We have a built-in cover designer that automatically calculates your spine width. You can design your full paperback cover (front, back, and spine) right within Inkrgo.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. You will keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Do credits carry over?
Yes, your credits carry over for a maximum of 2000 credits as long as your subscription is active.
Can I buy extra credits?
Yes, you can buy extra credits anytime. We have multiple packages available to top up your credits.
